We are looking for a dependable Catering Supervisor to join our exceptional kitchen team. Could that be you?
As part of your role you will be assisting the Head Chef in preparing restaurant quality food.
About the Role and You
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Cook in the preparation of food and beverages and cooking meals.
- Maintaining safe and hygienic working practices at all times.
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of vegetables and salads for serving at mealtimes.
- Assisting with general washing up, plus any weekly cleaning that is required.
- To help serve dinners and help with the clearing up.
- Assist with the smooth running of the Kitchen and ordering etc.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of working within a busy kitchen.
- Has a basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Has strong organisational skills.
- Is flexible and adaptable.
- Is a keen team player.
