Discover Wellesley Haddon Dene’s nurturing Early Years environment during our Open Week.
Meet our experienced Early Years team, tour and explore our Little Denes Nursery & Pre-school, and Reception classrooms, and learn how we inspire confidence, curiosity and a love of learning from the very beginning.

11+ Assessment Day
Tuesday 10th November 2026 | 9:00am to 3:00pm
Charges: £50
Is your child currently in Year 4 or Year 5 and preparing for the Kent 11+?
Our free 11+ Assessment Day is designed to provide a clear picture of your child’s current abilities, highlighting strengths and identifying areas that may benefit from further focus ahead of the Kent Test.
Throughout the day, pupils will complete age-appropriate assessments covering key skills required for the Kent 11+, enjoy activities with our staff and pupils, and experience the welcoming atmosphere of Wellesley Haddon Dene School.
Parents will receive detailed feedback on their child’s performance together with personalised guidance to help plan the next steps in their 11+ journey.

Stay & Play Sessions
Nursery & Pre-Prep Entry
Our Stay & Play Sessions are the perfect introduction to Wellesley Haddon Dene for children aged 18 months to 4 years and their families.
Each themed session has been carefully designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity and help little ones feel confident in their surroundings through play-based learning. While children enjoy a morning of exciting activities, parents have the opportunity to meet our experienced Early Years team, explore our Nursery and Pre-Prep environment, and discover what makes Wellesley Haddon Dene such a nurturing place to begin a child’s educational journey.
