Beach School
We use our proximity to the beach to give our pupils the opportunity to develop holistically. Our beach school is run by qualified beach school teachers and is learner centred with an emphasis on reflection and review; it is also an opportunity for safe risk taking.
From running free along the beach, making fires to toast marshmallows on, mark making in the sand with sticks, bird watching, tracking animal footprints, jumping over the waves, exploring crabs’ habitats to watching local wind turbines work, our beach school provides a wealth of learning opportunities.
