Wellesley Haddon Dene is a co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2 to 13 years in Broadstairs, Kent. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership to the school, ensuring the implementation, growth and development of our curriculum.
- Overseeing the academic and pastoral development of students, ensuring a holistic approach to education.
- Developing strong relationships with students, parents and the wider educational community, promoting open communication and partnership in education.
- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated educators, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices.

- Successfully led a school, either through Headship or significant time as a senior leader.
