About the Position

You will be responsible for:

  • Food preparation and serving.
  • Ordering, storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Cleaning, tidying and high standards of hygiene.
  • Implementation of food safety management system.
  • Part of this role will involve safeguarding responsibilities including the reporting of any safeguarding concerns to the designated safeguarding team.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with or caring for children of Early Years.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen, especially care homes, nurseries and schools is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal & team working skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and sense of awareness.
