Prep Teacher

We are looking for a Prep School Teacher, who is dedicated to providing exceptional pastoral care and a first-class education. Could that be you?

As our Prep School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the education and development of our older pupils. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and passion for learning. About the Position

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing lesson plans and learning materials to facilitate positive pupil development, as well as assessments that can accurately determine pupils progress, and ways in which you can facilitate pupil development.
  • Implementing and delivering lessons of an excellent standard to students in Year 7 and 8.
  • Fostering a learning environment and educational structures that allow for a child to flourish as a ‘whole person’, not only in the academic sense.
  • Continuing to develop and update the school curriculum, enabling your lessons to always adapt to the needs of every child.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • QTS (essential).
  • Experience with designing and implementing inspirational and engaging schemes of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic.
  • Strong commitment to continued personal development.
