Arrival time
I would like to ask that schools do not arrive before 1:00 pm as our children and staff will be having lunch.  

Trophies
Please could schools kindly bring with them and return any trophies that were presented to winning teams last year.

Water
Please may I ask that all children bring their own water bottles, although there will be extra water available for children.

Parking
There is limited parking at the school, and we would request where possible that parents ‘car share’ to come to the event. There will be parking adjacent to the school for minibuses and a limited number of cars. This will be supervised by members of staff. 

Once the car park is full, parents and supporters will be asked to park in Wye.There is access to the school from the lower (Wye) end of the field leading from Harville Road and this will be clearly signposted. Cars must not be parked along Harville Road as this is dangerous and causes problems for other road users. 

Timings
The timings for the afternoon are as follows :

1.00pm – Arrival

1.45pm – Year 3 & 4 Girls

1.55pm – Year 3 & 4 Boys

2.05pm – Year 5 & 6 Girls

2.20pm – Year 5 & 6 Boys

The presentation of this year’s medals and trophies will immediately follow the final race. The event will finish by 3.00pm at the latest to allow competitors and parents to leave promptly before the school pick-up time starts.

Photography
DE Photos will be attending the event. If you have any children who should not be photographed, I would be very grateful if you could let me know on arrival so we can ensure that no images of them are printed.
